Upon getting married I decided to move back to my home town of Knoxville, Tennessee. I started Accurate Insurance Agency and grew very rapidly. I became knowledgeable in health insurance. I was assigned to Fortis Health and that line became the biggest part of my agency; both individual and group. After a divorce in 2001 I sold my agency and semi retired to Palm Springs, California. My travels took me to Peru and I met and married a Peruvian woman from Iquitos, Peru located on the Amazon River. We have two beautiful children. It is an adventurous and intriguing life, but, very primitive. I operate a mini market in Iquitos, however, I would like the opportunity to return to my professional career and provide a better life for my family and opportunity for the children. Our business has since achieved a ‘Top Ten Dealer’ ranking status nationally in SA. The operation is still growing and produces an excellent livelihood; however I have begun to reach a point of feeling unfulfilled on a mental level with the narrow allowances of the business within the ADT network. Our professional restraints signed to ADT do not allow more lateral growth opportunities for us to expand as we might choose to and I am missing the ‘big thinking’ aspects of my historical roles. Further more, I believe an enticing international experience would be exiting and revitalising step for me at this point in my life.
